On December 6, 2024, CCCN Macau celebrated its fourth anniversary with the concert “Twilight’s Spectrum” The event featured performances by distinguished guests, including flutist Tang Ho Yin and pianist Lai Ka Hou from the Macao Polytechnic University's School of Music, who presented a captivating flute and piano duet. Jazz duet enchanted the audience with a saxophone and piano performance, delivering the unique emotions and delightful experiences of jazz music.
Additionally, students from São José Diocesan College (Sixth Section), led by teacher Chao, performed a choral piece. The five students sang songs that expressed hopes for growth, worries about upcoming exams, and explorations of the unknown world. The trio performed a piano, violin, and flute ensemble, evoking personal memories for everyone in attendance. The concert concluded with a heartfelt rendition of "Wonderful Tonight," bringing the anniversary celebration to a perfect close.
In her speech, Ms. Agnes Wong, Director of CCCN Macau, expressed her gratitude: "Thank you to all the performers, friends who have supported the Center, including our partners, event participants, and generous donors, as well as our strong backing from the Catholic Diocese of Macau. Your support has enabled the Center to successfully host a variety of events, promoting the development of local community arts and fostering interpersonal connections. As we approach our fifth year, the Center will continue to uphold the philosophy of 'Heart Speaks to Heart' develop more diverse activities, and provide a platform for aspiring artists to showcase their talents, using the Center as a community hub to connect with the public."
